Can Anybody Help Me?

I am fairly new to "couponing", and am wondering what you, the reader, feel is a good target price to buy cereal at. I realize there are a few cereal sales/coupons going on this week, and wanted an idea of what everyone else thought. The only stores available to me are: HEB, Walmart, Target, Kmart, and Walgreens.
