Once again, my shopping trip didn't go quite as planned! I caused some coupon confusion at Walgreens...and then we totally ran out of diapers the middle of last week and had to make an extra run for those! It really is too bad we couldn't have run out of diapers during the big Huggies sale/coupons/register rewards deal going on at Walgreens next week!! And then, I should have used a gift card I have for Walmart to help with the Pampers (my preference), but of course I didn't think of that until later!! Oh well! I'm still learning!

With those "excuses" in mind, here's the breakdown for this week:

2 Huggies Wipes Refills 184 count each [$.89 each] = $1.78
used 2 Huggies Gentle Care $5 coupons from coupons.com
Cascade ActionPacs 32 count = $4.99
Heinz Ketchup 36 oz. = $1.42
+ $.56 tax
Total = $8.75
I saved $11.65 in sales and coupons!

Red Seedless Grapes [$.99 lb.] = $2.45
XLarge White Shrimp [$3.99 lb.] = $3.95
Pretzels = $1.19
1 Gallon of Milk = $3.99
Tortilla Shells = $2.79
2 lbs Butter [$1.99 lb.] = $3.98
French Onion Dip = $1.19

1 dozen Eggs = $1.19
Paper Plates = $.99
4 Ritz Crackers 4 oz = FREE + $.02 overage
Pantene Shampoo = $1.99
Pantene Conditioner = $1.99
+ $.41 tax
+ I was charged $1.99 because of coupon confusion and I really hate to go back and cause any more problems...

I saved a grand total of $22.74 by watching the sales and using coupons!
